Just now getting to know your vibe for the first time today...first the recent convo you had with Trevor Noah, and now this brief and powerful content...There is something about you, Simon, that inspires me and i know will continue to inspire me...thank you for being you!

Such a powerful insight! “Starting with why” really shifts the focus from what we do to why we’re driven to do it. It’s the difference between just functioning and truly inspiring. Thanks for sharing this essential reminder!

This is such a game-changer! Starting with "why" resonates on such a deep level because it taps directly into our emotions, not just the logical side. I love the distinction between "have, do, be" and "be, do, have"-it’s all about becoming the person first, and the results follow. The story about saying no to clients who weren't aligned with your "why" is a powerful reminder of how sticking to your beliefs can lead to success.
It's like the Habit10x Sense of Humor Improvement Program-starting with self-awareness and building from there helps you become your best self, inside and out! Keep sharing the message!

courage is a precursor to success - I love that Simon knew this and never undervalued his mission - he leans into challenge in a very personal and professional sense in every step he takes - those of us that listen can learn much from this

Unfortunately, there are bosses out there that have no courage or just lip servicing.

Simon Sinek . You just gave me a whole new love and respect for you. You just showed me an angle that let's me know - there is something about the reality of reality that a man doesn't need to do what the majority is saying about what ( you need to do ) to be successful in their mission and purpose . Simon Sinek ! I F........g love you bro ! See you soon .

I'm glad you made this video. It reminds me of my transformation from nobody to a good home, an honest husband, earning $38k biweekly, and having a daughter full of love❤️

Finding yourself a good crypto broker is the same as finding a good wife; you experience less stress, get just enough with so much little effort on things.

As a beginner crypto investor, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Elizabeth regina nelsen is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessment, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.

I don’t believe anybody does anything without being compassionated. You go to work because you need to pay your bills. If you are not up to date with your payments bank don’t care, credit bureaus either so for those who claim they do it because they have a big heart could be true because that’s how charity organizations were created but you only can start thinking of such things when as the saying goes you watered your tree first. If you don’t meet your expenses you become homeless, with no support because these entities would not be caring for individuals but for their money; therefore, we get out of bed and do our work to make creditors happy.

This is part of why the world is in a big collective mess. Most of us are forced to ignore why we exist.

Can you elaborate as what you mean world is in mess? And its existence being forced? What are you implying. Clear and direct statement helps with correctly understanding and defining such wordings.

@@OlgaSunny-pl2sg Most if not all countries are in some state of despair. We can agree that nowhere on earth has achieved peace and prosperity for all of its citizens. Most people give away the majority of their lives just to survive. Life could be a pursuit of thriving instead of trading it for things of lesser value.

i just started reading "Start With WHY" yesterday people who have read it already can give me your opinion and learning from the book or maybe the guiding principles if any. i also wanna thank Simon Sinek for his wonderful and genius thoughts to give me a completely new perspective about so many things

I read it recently but have followed Simon for a long time (just hadn't read the actual books). Start With Why truly is inspiring and opens not just a new world but a new galaxy's worth of ideas to think about. I'm now reading Find Your Why and working with someone to help facilitate me in finding my own Why and being able to put it into words.
I truly love Why Simon does what he does because it's inspiring me to inspire others as well.
