Yep. And now several guards have admitted thru affidavits to the court that they were wearing those patches (although they claim to be some other type of Norse pagan hedonists, and not odinists), and that the prison made them remove them at the end of September 2023.
The way RA was kept while he was waiting for trail is unlike any prisoner pre-trial I have ever heard. He was kept in a max security prison, not the jail, and he he was put in Solitary confinement for 13 months. Even the warden at the prison said he has never heard of someone being kept like that for so long- and again, this is PRE conviction. That is the strongest evidence I have seen that something weird is happening here and that powerful people in IN are going out of their way to silence something. What that something is, I don’t know.
Wait......how is it prison officials are within hearing or even watching a meeting between a prisoner and his or her attorney? Anything said is privileged.
Nope, all phone calls from jail are recorded. There is no privacy when you are in custody. Especially because of these type of reasons. Criminals lie and change their stories and personnel have to protect themselves,

There are too many coincidences for there to not be SERIOUS corruption happening here. On the hand, nothing suggests Richard Allen is guilty, especially going for a hike! Also, the bullet is a joke. The Defense will just bring in a "tool mark identification" expert who will eject bullets from multiple SIG p226 pistols and they're all going to look the same as the bullets ejected from Richard Allen's gun.

The problem with all this is - half of the origional investigators pursued (at least 3 detectives we know of) the O ritualistic angle themselves. Those investigators STILL beleive they are correct too. Therefore, the defense attorney couldn't have just pulled this out of thin air. The details their filing gripes about are those originated by multiple members of the origional prosecuting team. So you can't call the defense a "conspiracy." So allegedly " Richard Allen " is the " fall guy " for the Odinists murders but yet they're being mean to him for it? Lmao 🤣 smdh..If R.A. is falsely being blamed the Odinists would be happy for him taking the rap and the Odinists would give him special treatment for taking the fall for them too correct? 😅The defense is a " total circus".
Odenists is not a word in our history - Oden = ODENISM - they should truly get an experts from my country or somewhere in Scandinavia - we usually helps each other when there is a case we can't solve, we call FBI.
Exactly! I also commented the same. This wasn’t the first time they spread this disinformation and use these non-experts who don’t know what they are talking about.
This is from PerplexityAI. Go there and ask what is Odinism for the sources. Odinism is a pre-Christian, pagan, polytheistic religion that involves the worship of Norse and Germanic gods, especially Odin, the chief god. It was the religion of the Vikings, who primarily spread it throughout northern Europe, the British Isles, and North America. The oral traditions of the Odinists are recorded in a set of books called the Eddas. Followers of this religion regard nature as the true manifestation of the divine and believe that man is inherently good. There are several different branches of Odinism/Asatru, including Wotanism, Wodenism, the Odin Brotherhood, the Odinic Rite, and the Odinist Fellowship. Each practice is pagan (non-Christian) and polytheistic (believes in many gods) in its beliefs. Most identify Odin (also called Woten or Woden) as the main deity-the father (Alfadir) of the other gods. He is the god of war, wisdom, and death. However, it is important to note that the Odinic Rite is a reconstructionist religious organization named after the god Odin, which conceives itself as a "folkish" Heathen movement concerned with Germanic paganism, mythology, folklore, and runes. As a white supremacist organization, the Odinic Rite limits membership to white individuals, holding the belief in Heathenry as the ancestral religion of the Indo-European race. Unfortunately, some white supremacists have adopted Odinism as a way to promote their racist beliefs.

So…why is he telling this now? Isn’t he afraid for his family anymore? Are they just going to expect the gun & that evidence to disappear like it never existed?
Since the girls weren't shot the gun means nothing. What would have helped is LE gathering ALL the evidence and keeping a chain of custody. They did none of that.
His wife filed for divorce but before that she deleted Facebook account and photograph of their daughters high school senior picture up at that exact spot where those two girls were abducted the photograph was taken a year or two prior to the crime so he frequented that spot!
They just received discovery on Sept 8th. ....they haven't had it for 30 days. The defense has been living and breathing this stuff... The prosecution doesn't even want cameras in the courtroom. Defense -1 Prosecution -0
Well, other evidence such as the Professor from Purdue that was cited as an expert on Odinism and as saying that was not an act attributed to "them" by LE's, has allegedly "disappeared" and can no longer be identified. The Prosecution have disappearing Professors (potential witnesses) ...what next???
Those uniforms are government issued. No other patches should be on guards uniform unless you acquired it for something that was a job lined achievement.
I have several people on both sides of my family(including my Mom's biological uncle) that served. Some where Army, some flew planes, some were Marines/Navy Seals, others drove trucks and Indian motorcycles just to deliver mail or meds as directed. My Mom's adopted Dad lost a lung due to a round going off near his motorcycle in a sandy area. He inhaled the sand. Uniforms need to be respected.
I believe it. It makes sense why he would confess while in jail. Also how the crime took place. If one girl was unalived undressed and then re dressed. And the whole thing just seems to much for one perp.
And Vinny discussed on another video R. Allen kept asking if his family was safe. Allegedly law enforcement told him if he didn’t confess they would murder his wife and daughters. 2 officers actually had Odinists’ patches on their uniforms at the time. I certainly have doubt now. And Richard Allen told law enforcement immediately that he was there that day. He only lives 5 minutes from the bridge.

Um, the only patches jail and prison guards are supposed to be wearing are the official ones of the state that belong on the uniforms. At least in Washington State! You cannot put any other type of patches on your official uniform. These Odin patches would not be regulation and you would be asked to remove them or be fired. I know, I worked in a prison. Not as an inmate, either.
Several guards have admitted in sworn affidavits given to the court (and the public) that they DID have those patches on their uniforms up until September 2023, when the prison made them remove them. They state they are members of a Norse pagan hedonist religion, and not exactly odinists, but that they did wear the patches.

This new motive the defense team is claiming reminds me of the Casey Anthony trial. The made up story of her father doing terrible things to her, it caused enough reasonable doubt that she walked away free.
Statements from the jurors themselves contradict your take on the Casey Anthony trial. Most of them took the abuse story with a grain of salt. What DID influence their decision was the prosecutor not being able to establish cause of death or time of death. Had the damned fool addressed these issues straight on and told the jury that such is often the case with a badly decomposed body, he'd probably prevailed. Instead, he arrogantly behaved as though it didn't matter to him or his team, so it shouldn't matter to the jury. The jury wasn't "stupid, as so many have claimed, Casey wasn't that "charming," as others believe, and Jose Baez didn't win that case. The prosecutor LOST it.

How do you know they were actually killed during the day? They were not found until the next day. So a ritual could of happened during the night. I also find it hard to believe any killer would have left a phone behind, unless they were setting somebody up..
Even if killed during the day, they could have returned and performed the staging / ritual with the already dead bodies that night. As far as the phone, I just don’t think they saw it, or maybe never realized they could have been recorded and didn’t care it was left there.
Why would the correctional officers who are allegedly odinists themselves, make Richard Allen's stay in prision miserable? If it wasnt him that killed Abby & Libby & it was this group of Odinists that were mentioned in the Franks document, you would think that these Odinist prision guards would be making his stay in prision easy, because technically Richard Allen would be taking the fall for these so called Odinists. It doesn't make sense. Why would the guards pick on him & make him miserable? I hope this makes sense to someone out there.
They have Liggett backing them up on the 1 man theory.....RA must take the fall or they all go down. They're intimidating him and conditioning him to assure a conviction so they can continue their dirty deeds and continue to rob the reward monies. RICCO charges are needed if this is corruption by officials....it's beyond dereliction of duty.
It’s wrong to introduce this fictional story. The prosecutors have much more than we know about. On witness said she saw a man cover in blood and mud, makes me think this blood is in the interior of his vehicle. Blood is like glittering one can never remove it all.
Not true. The documents have a footnote to the part where that is mentioned. It basically says he 'could' have wanted to say something like that to his lawyer but couldn't because he was always being watched. Now everyone runs with it like its fact. If you get a chance to read the document, its footnote 15, I believe

You can go grab the affidavits just given to the courts and the public where several guards admit to wearing the patches. They claim they don’t exactly identify as odinists, per se, but as some Norse pagan hedonists, and that the prison allowed the patches to be worn up until the end of September 2023.
There is no way that the officers would get away with wearing that patch in their uniforms. There are regulations down to how you can have your facial hair as an officer in prisons, any patches on the uniforms come state from department on the uniform and the only ones on them are the department patch and usually a state or county seal patch depending on if it’s a county jail or state prison.
Well there is Odin related material are all over the guards from that prison FB pages, so looks like there is some truth to it. Furthermore I came across an old article from 2009 by (Southern Poverty Law Centre) titled "Supreme court requires prisons give special consideration to racist Pagans" The article opened with.. "correctional officers around the country struggle with a court ruling accommodating Odinism, a sometimes racist religion" It was white racist gangs in prisons that demanded prisons accommodate their faith like it does for Christians, Jews and Muslims. These white supremacists have hijacked the Norse belief system to spin it to justify their racism they like it because Odin is seen as a "white god" for Europeans, they are all over the prison system and are well known in rural areas like Delphi, they are very violent and dangerous but must not to mistaken with traditional Odinists who are not racist. If these racists are working and running these institutions like we know they are, then it's very likely they are turning a blind eye to these racists wearing patches etc they would claim it's their religious rights.. It's not that hard to see it being overlooked.. there should be cameras that will help identify these patches unless they have been since been deleted still at least the FB posts exist, if that part is true then it's likely they were wearing patches and they have tattoos too.

The joking presentation of Marvel Norse themed characters belies the fact that Odinism is from at least the 6th century and has roots in Germanic mythologies that predate Christianity. Some Asatru practitioners seem to argue their religion is older. Anyone who mentions Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday etc is indirectly referencing Norse Gods, being Tyr, Odin/ Wotan/Wednes and Thor respectively. Heathenry IS a theme expounded by more than just the defence team in the Delphi case. The horn blown by a BH at the freedom bridge. That surname in itself part of Heath-en. The multitude of references by the other BH mentioned in the memorandum. A sister touches on Paganism it by her mentioning a song about Heathens sung by her and her sister . Constant visual references to deer and Elk by others closely connected.

I believe it. It makes sense why he would confess while in jail. Also how the crime took place. If one girl was unalived undressed and then re dressed. And the whole thing just seems to much for one perp.
Not resly because one person could do this in 30 minutes and then stage the scene to throw off investigators!
And Vinny discussed on another video R. Allen kept asking if his family was safe. Allegedly law enforcement told him if he didn’t confess they would murder his wife and daughters. 2 officers actually had Odinists’ patches on their uniforms at the time. I certainly have doubt now. Well there is Odin related material are all over the guards from that prison FB pages, so looks like there is some truth to it.
Furthermore I came across an old article from 2009 by (Southern Poverty Law Centre) titled "Supreme court requires prisons give special consideration to racist Pagans"
The article opened with.. "correctional officers around the country struggle with a court ruling accommodating Odinism, a sometimes racist religion"
It was white racist gangs in prisons that demanded prisons accommodate their faith like it does for Christians, Jews and Muslims.
