Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud made a statement stressing the importance of market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and its appellate body Securities Appellate Tribunal in view of the continued surge in stock prices. This was followed by the historic 80,000 mark, which the 30-share BSE Sensex achieved for the first time on July 3. In reaching this all-time peak, the Sensex recorded its fastest 10,000-point rally, reaching the top in just 58 sessions. Watch this video for more Updates.

They comments on everything other than improving the conditions of corrupt courts and pending cases. These judges should look inwards and clean up highly corrupt courts.

CJI should first set Judiciary under Order before Commenting on other Verticals.

CJI has been right in context and reference. He did not Express his concern but discussed all facets. He had been meticulous to ponder upon all the aspects of market and regulatory. .

Yes, you are correct. Nowadays the market is regulated by the operators, who have lots of liquidity to take any direction. The Indian market is too overvalued. It's really a concern for retail investors.
