Hi Agnes, unfortunately no. But you can download app on more devices and log in with the same account so you can use BEAR mini from two or more devices.

If you're not sure how close to go yo can check our how to use BEAR videos. And yes, if you find 10 strokes better you can use it like that. It all depends on your experience, how you like to use microcurrent devices. 😊
I cannot have access to the app for the first time, nor I got asked all the questions she speaks about, nor I can connect my phone to the Bear...if I scan my qr code it sends me to a foreo page were there is service message...are you uploading some features and working on it, or my warranty code had already got used?
Hi, when you install FOREO app first step is to log in, after that you get questions about your skin type, how much water you take, exercise and then get your profile. Then you add the device by clicking on + and connect it via Bluetooth (pressing on power button of the device). Hi Heidi, could you try charging your BEAR for some time and then try to connect it via Bluetooth? Let us know if it worked.

For proof of purchase you can always upload a picture of barcode you got on the device box. 🤗
