We are still accepting applications for housing. On-campus housing is a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested, we do strongly suggest that you complete all sets by June 1st.
Is it rare/possible to be able to switch/alter to a different room a few weeks/months in, if a change or opportunity comes up? (a preferred room opens up, or roommate is too distracting)
Hi Ian, thank you for checking. We do work with students for any roommate comflicts and, if they cannot be resolved, we do have a room change process in place. The ability to change rooms would depend on availability.
Hi Musa, we have a limited number of single rooms that are assigned to students with approved accommodation requests. At this time, all spaces in the building, including singles, have been filled.
Thank you for your comment. Unfortuantely, on-campus housing is for undergraduate students only with priority given to incoming first time, first year students. The Office of Off-Campus Living does have resources for off-campus housing: www.umb.edu/off-campus
