Hi @davelauc, priority for on-campus housing is given to incoming first time, first year students. Upper-class students will need to look for off-campus housing. I cannot speak to security off-campus, however if you reach out to the Off-Campus Living Office, they will have resources for off-campus housing and you can then look into the communities you may be interested in.

Thank you for asking. Not all triple community rooms face the softball field. This is just one of the triple community rooms that we used for a virtual tour.

Hi Brianna, Yes, the desk and drawers are in the room. They may not be in the exact same location as the video, but they are in the room.

Thank you for your comment. Unfortuantely, on-campus housing is for undergraduate students only with priority given to incoming first time, first year students. The Office of Off-Campus Living does have resources for off-campus housing: www.umb.edu/off-campus

Hi Bryan, priority for on-campus housing is given to incoming first time, first year students. On the housing application you can create a preference list for our double, triple and quad rooms. Every effort is made to place students in one of their top three preferences.

Hi Madi, thank you for asking. Quads may all be set up differently depending on the configuration the last resident left the room in. You will have the furniture shown, it just may be in different locations in the room. You and your roommates can also re-arrange the furniture as long as all pieces remain in the room.

Hi Oma, the beds themselves are not labeled. We do separate the beds by letter to designate the number of people in the room.

Hi Esther, the top drawer of the set of drawers does have a place for you to add aa lock. They are not provided, however.

Hi Ian, thank you for checking. We do work with students for any roommate comflicts and, if they cannot be resolved, we do have a room change process in place. The ability to change rooms would depend on availability.

Hi Mailie, thank you for asking! Our quad rooms have one bathroom in the room that all four residents of the room share.

Hi Mailie, I apologize for our delay (we didn't get a notification of this question). We have a limited number of single occupancy rooms (12 in total) that are typically assigned to students who have approved accommodation requests.

Hi Nicole, students in Double occupancy rooms can have one mini-fridge in the room. Students in Triple or Quad occupancy rooms are allowed to have a total of two in the room.

Hi Mya-Jai, Sorry for the delay! Students who will be in a room with a private bathroom should bring their own shower curtain. We will provide those for the community bathrooms.

Hi Musa, we have a limited number of single rooms that are assigned to students with approved accommodation requests. At this time, all spaces in the building, including singles, have been filled.
