I would be interested in this DC charger, Sigenergy EV Bidirectional DC Charging Module 25kW 7.5m Cable CCS2. I do have a few question, please. Is there a list of EV’s that can be used for bidirectional charging? Is it certified in Australia / Queensland yet? Would I be able to tax deduct if I buy it for my work EV? What is the price on the unit? ( I know I will need the batteries and gateway first) Would be nice if you could make a detailed video on this Cheers
thanks... early days as no cars in Aus can do this yet with Sigen... but it's a work in progress. Overseas models can... so watch this space. Bidirectional charging is now legal nationally with new regs that came through last month. Most people are getting this for faster DC charging. I cannot see why it wouldn't be a tax deduction. Contact us at sales@solarbatteries.biz Detailed videos will come probably with 1st cars to do the bidirectional.
Many thanks for sharing new Sigenergy system, do you mind sharing details about the solar panels you have on the roof?
Fascinating system! Do you know if there is local control over all the modules using something like MODBUS of a local API?
Lovin' the "fully sig" install Midge
thanks Glen!!!

How would you get you EV extended to outside your house if your inverter is indoors?
