Thanks for the last bit at the end Link. We should remove the stigma from going to a therapist, especially a psychiatrist.
Right now, most people only go when there is something "wrong" with them. But it is a healthy thing to do on a somewhat regular basis. If we could make it more accessible, people would go to them for check ups like a General Practitioner. But even then, what's wrong with someone seeking professional help with their psychological health? It's better than them not.

I got weirdly happy to hear a story about physical therapy. I dislocated my shoulder last year and went and loved it so much I'm now in school to be a physical therapist :D

I had the same problems growing up. Since about age 12. I had to have laparscopic surgery to correct it so it would not do it constantly. It looked like an elbow sticking out the side of my leg every time it happened.

I took a fall off a cliff towards the end of the last season. I am still going to physical therapy. I broke both legs, and my dominate wrist.

I got a table and a hot tub, and I was studying massage therapy, which btw I would like to educate you guys the difference between a massage therapist and a masseur. A masseur offers happy endings. Over-mobility of a knee cap is a problem actually. I've had surgery on both of my knees because of it. Depending on how your patella is tracking, it can increase the likelihood of dislocation.

I had knee surgery 2 months ago because of a continuously dislocating kneecap and I need to go to therapy for a year, I can't play hockey anymore aswell.
I have a weak gluteus minimous and the physical therapist I went to, did the same type of exercises with me. She made me do a starting plank, and it was HARD!!!
