My favorite thing is to see how their energy changes- to watch them and see if I can detect a difference I'm how they are feeling individually. Like if something is bothering one of them, or how much of them wants to be there at the moment. Anybody else think this deeply during the videos?

In dance we balance on large exercise balls. You start off balancing by kneeling on it, then move to standing and then doing squats! It ends up feeling quite natural!

Due to physical therapy, I've used these quite alot. Let me say, it is really not fun with a messed up knee. Feels like it's going to pop out of place.
