Enz.
i have done one on my t7 saved 5lbs in weight. done it a different way. i dont get so much water coming up and hitting your face. looks good your tower.
Thanks! I saved less. About 2.5 lbs. However I made mine from hdpe, a plastic that should be able to take some hits without braking or permanently bending. I reckon yours is made out of aluminium to get to 5lbs?
@@Gwiedert no kept the bit that holds the dash on and put a ktm enduro head light on made a small bracket for light used a 5000 lumin head light wuth dip beam. tried a 2500 lumin one but was a wast of time at night. made a complete head light surrond out of 3mm hdpe that saved over half the weight of the purspex original ones. i have made a one piece one and a four peice or i have a three piece one that uses the front screen. the one piece one is hard to make but works realy good. have a look at the last 4 vid of mine you will see two of them on bike.
Bellissimo! Grazie!
@@Gwiedert sorry, just wrongly assumed you were Italian from your name. So, very nice first of all. I was wondering whether you could feel the difference in weight and if it was complicated to mount the original display in place of the mounting brackets for roadbook / nav the tower comes with. I’ve always wanted to make this set up (this is the original gytr headlight right?) but I’ve prioritized other purchases. Maybe it’s time! Thank you very much
I wish to be Italian, I love the country! I can't feel the difference in weight. But I can feel the weight difference from all the changes combined. I made this rally tower myself, you can't purchase this anywhere.
Looks awesome. Seems to be up to the challenges that the T7 was built for.

Nice, bravo then! It really looks awesome. It looked like the gytr one for world raid. Can you make one for me then 🤣
Lol nope, I am not starting on that, but thanks😉
do you have a link to that windscreen?
It's the prototype team windscreen.
I want the led light on mine looks realy gud an losing a few kilos aswell i bet👌
Roughly 1 kg saving
What's that headlight you got on ?
Homebuilt rally tower. I will make a close up video soon.
why are taking too much risk on mud ? you riding perfect but slippery surface with high speed can cause serious fault, take care 👍🏼
I know what I'm doing, I think😉
@@Gwiedert great riding level,if you feel safe its ok 👍🏼 did you tune your front rear suspentions? whats on the rear and front?
haha that risk is exactly why I do it. I think there's a big difference between a noob doing this and someone who is comfortable in these conditions
Custom shock from Hyperpro in the rear, and Rally raid open cartridges in the front.
