What does the Cable kit do? The ADC2600 Mercedes Cable Kit allows new slot keys to be programmed safely by connecting directly to the vehicle's Electronic Ignition System (EIS). To perform this procedure, the EIS must be removed from the car, after which the cable connects to the EIS. The power cable connects to the EIS cable to a 12-volt vehicle battery. This cable kit works in conjunction with the ADC260 Mercedes Smart Programmer (supplied separately)
