When I saw this video, I was joking around saying his prosthetic eye should be in this list. And it was. Bisping is a legend in MMA. I’m glad he does commentary for fights now.

One of the best stories in the UFC. So glad that he’s commentating for them now
i think bisping’s ability to talk is just as valuable as his fighting ability. helped make a name of himself and then move on to commentating and youtube and acting.
Seeing him in the early years, you'd never see him as a commentator/analyst but he is excellent at that. I think it's because he is far more intelligent than he appeared to be at that time.
The fact he can still smile despite all of that abuse on his body is amazing.

Got a KO against one of the most notorious weak chins, barely won a title defense over a 14 ranked Henderson(because all the real contenders would've knocked out Henderson). Inspired GSP to come out of retirement for a free win at the belt, got finished by this GSP. Then Gastelum finished his career.
And that's the highlight of Bisping's career.

WITH ONE EYE do you know how legendary that is? Bisping took gastelum on super short notice and he was well past him prime at that point and he had many knee replacements alot of people had a bad ending for example chuck lidell

Toughest guy ever in the ufc. Has sacrificed ALOT with his body and still such a positive person. Was brilliant to see him reach the top winning the belt and good to see him have a great career after hanging up the gloves.

He did it right. Knew the character and persona he needed to be to make it in UFC and then let his true personality come through later which makes him so good as a pundit/commentator.

It is so deep to think what they put their bodies through and what they sacrifice to be one of the best… to think the UFC does not provide the best medical and pensions to their ex-fighters is criminal. Leave a really bad taste in my mouth as not everyone is as smart, and charismatic as Mr M Bisping.

After what has unfolded in 2020 I no longer see crypto as speculation. More as an inevitability. Even if it takes 10years to get to $100k that would mean the average rate of return with a daily $100 over a year is 100%, what asset class out there today offers that kind of opportunity?

Bisping has one of the best fighting stories, long regarded as a gatekeeper of sorts to go on winning the belt on short notice is insane. I'm glad to finally got to win a belt and doing well post fighting career.

Luckily for Mike he's been well compensated considering the physical damage he suffered. But for most retired fighters that isn't the case. It's only a matter of time before a scandal blows up in the UFC's face for not taking care of its fighters.
