Where the believers do not agree, then there can be said to be no third source of Islamic law. Al Quran 3.7 makes clear that we should ignore the sectarian and speculative rulings. Outside of Islam, 90% agreement in religious jurisprudence is not common, but there are twice the contradictions within The Bible than there is between Quran and Bible with no internal errors in Quran. All claims to religion seem to establish that God won't led religion degrade to the point when people can't be sufficiently guided without sending or calling to guidance.

If you are unaware of the jurisprudential gap lack of Imams created in Sunni schools you will definitely consider it 'one cellphone with two different cases'.
They're not minor differences they are as much as sunni scholars and things you mentioned sunnis also believes in them so why arguments that shia Have something unique
