I agree, quite a few characters need an updated 5 star or they need to update the older units with in line to the current meta, like many other gatcha games do, unlikely though.
My favorite moment is still where she appears for the first time. Casually walking at around 100km/h, stopping the duel by holding their weapons like its nothing.

Feixiao was born in a slave camp and has Borisin blood which implies her mother was SAed there. She was later rescued by the Xianzhou and the other foxians too. Her condition is called "moon rage", put simply moon rage makes foxians lose control and become wild, not distinguishing friend from foe.
