We recommend at least 60 cfm, however to really boogie you'll want 185 cfm, which is what we use in all the DB150 videos.

Minor comments. Love the machine. Improper lift technique in the video when lifting the bag of media. And how about a small holders welded to the side of the unit to hold the fill cap and lock. How about also a smaller powered unit for smaller compressors besides rental trailer units, say a normal shop compressor or even contractor size compressor.

this got my attention as I have my 1985 F250 that I would like to restore. How much can you sand with 50lbs of recycled glass and how much does it cost? thanks, any additional pricing would be nice.. also, what was the chemical that you added with the 5gal of water?

On average how often would you need to refill the unit to blast a whole chassis like the one in the video? Doesn't look like 5 gallons would last that long.

Very funny video. This would cut my blasting time by two or three days per car. but if the dried glass dust gets in my yard, wouldn't I be breathing it when mowing ?

Yes, you can lower the pressure and use it on fiberglass boats to remove antifouling paint, without damaging the gelcoat. We even have a contractor who only blasts Corvette's, which have fiberglass bodies.
