This is such a great video, I’ve watched it twice. Still learning and videos like this are fantastic because you all so clearly express what is happening, how the stack is…stacked, and why you are taking certain actions. Plus - Cam and Dylan are great fun. Thanks guys 😁
It's a hard habit to break, esp from casual edh or 60 card. London mulligan is broken! Also a turn 1/2 Urza/Rhystic/TOR or turn 1 remora is basically what you need. the counterspells and artifacts will just come.@@KingdomsTV
Love these two groups. Gotta admit that Fran/Kraum looked really good. I am sorry Carlos, but Urza either does his things or not. No inbetweeen it looks like. Good games!
@@KingdomsTV well the powered acepter version is not faster. I can assure you that. But it is fast enough. You just need a hand that has either exeleration or early stax effects like torpor orb, cage, stuff like that it epends on your opponents.
Aight, I'm going to feign ignorance here because I'm actually wondering: Prismatic Vista in a mono-colored deck? Why not just run another basic? EDIT: Vista's land you search doesn't come in tapped. I am the big dumb.
- synergy with cantrips / senseis top /scroll rack other such effects (reality chip/future sight effects) - can be recurred from the yard or delved away - deck thinning
He doesn't draw from his empty library, so he can just pass the turn and allow his opponents to die in draw step, similar to the Brain Freeze Underworld Breach combo.
Question for Dylan, why go for the Demo/ThOracle win with that last spell rather than the agatha/ballista ? You had all the manaa in the world to make it happen AND you would not have exiled your library, which mean would anyone be able to counter you, you'd still have a go. Just wondering if there's a specific reason other than habits :D
If there is a land on top, the line doesn't work because Francisco would then have zero power. Would need a top deck tutor/manipulation to ensure it doesn't fizzle
@@AmateurHourMTG or hear me out, you pay 4 and put another counter on Cisco thanks to the ability of ballista and you go again. With infinite (or near infinite) Mana , that line is stable as fuck.
@thedoctor1471 definitely works as long as he doesn't run into a completely random ass block of like 4 lands in a row with some insanely terrible variance, and he probably had a topdeck tutor in hand as well honestly, so I'm certain he could find a way to get there with Soul Cauldron. Boseiju could be nullified with Deflecting Swat, and I have seen Faerie Macabre sneak into a list or two(Yuriko mainly) but even then, he has deflecting swat in hand, so it is a non factor 😉
I was unprepared that first game not realizing how fast the Etali deck was. Third game I had to go down to four so there wasn't a ton I could do there.
Actually I think he is better then ever in the current meta. The powered scepter list got some serious support and is def better then the polymorph one.
@@KingdomsTV when I first started playing magic and this was in 60 card I found a commander a couple years ago. When I started in the original ravnica that type of wind wasn't a thing basically if you didn't have a library you were dead.
Thats why we play and show a few games. Sometimes one deck just goes crazy. I enjoy that side of cedh as long as you are prepared for it. Really makes you think about your hand for future games too.
Thanks for having us! great games!
What was that carved mountain cam had for floating mana?
It was our pleasure and you can come waste us anytime! >
Etali and Francisco being cEDH viable amuses me. Play to Win is awesome! I like seeing them play edh at any power level.
I think etali is better for cEDH than Francisco, as it seems very glass canoney..... But these guys really built a good one
I'm impressed with the minds that first find these lines. Makes the format so much more fun.
Francisco is not only playable but tier 1, which I think is hilarious. It’s arguably in between blue farm and rog si and that’s so freaking funny
That silence was insaaaaane! Great content, love when Dylan and Cam make an appearance!
Most valuable silence I"ve ever seen for sure
Love that you swap to each players board on their turn makes it much easier to see everything
We try our best!
So much better when there's more games to look at even if they were only a couple of minutes.
Fast and furious!

I'm super glad you could follow along. We do our best in recording an editing to make that happen.
Cam just signed my Etali at MagicCon Chicago two days before this was posted. Thanks Cam!
NICE!
Sweet!
Cam's turn two was probably what the Pharoah went through when he saw Moses part an entire body of water in front of him.
Let my dinos go!
What insanity did I just witness 😂
I'm still realing!
Awesome collaboration! Love the PTW guys
Super nice and considerate guys!
Great games! The guys from PtW are always a blast to watch.
Truth!
I love when y'all put out cedh content! Good stuff
More coming next week!
Awesome, thank you! @@KingdomsTV
Wow great games. Silence was well timed.
Best silence I’ve seen!
My 2 fav channels 💕
Cool people all around!
Great set of games!
🙌🙌🙌
Great games fellas!
Woot!
Awesome games!
Thanks!
subbed to this channel. love to see cam and dylan playing with smaller creators. also love the big dumb dino deck.
Thanks for watching!
damn nice idea with the carved mountain. will copy. thx
Really cool piece
Yeah. That was sick.
Amazing that is all possible so quickly!
Yes yes yes yes crossover of my dreams ❤
Means alot and our pleasure too!
Never heard of Yall before but if PlaytowinMTG plays with you then that means you got a sub from me lol. Those where great games.
Thanks for watching and for subscribing! More where that came from coming soon.
Same
On game 2 how did you get the black to cast your Commander with a gemstone cavern and a city of traders
I believe it’s a gemstone mines not cavern
Turn 2.... insane !!!
After a win like that, i put my mat away, cards away... and i go home proud of myself! Haha
Haha, I definately need to hold back a bit playing against it in the future.
how did you search with praetors grasp with Op agent om the field. 18:42 time code
Oppo is only when an opponent searches their own library.
Weird interaction, but this!
Awesome games!!!
Woot!
do you have decklist for etali?
I linked cams moxfield!
I like the new mic.
Had it for a bit if you mean mine, but I am trying to show it more as its what the cool kids do!
The last win was so sweeetttt
Good showing for sure!
So did opposition agent that was on board not apply with that tutor?
Only when searching opponents decks. Not their own! Crazy interaction!
What playmat is Carlos using?
From the first year of the Magic Summit!
Nice games. ❤❤❤
:)
Carlos you probably should have mull'ed all of those hands tbh. Great games hope y'all had fun!
Thats still my biggest cedh weakness

Ya, it feels a bit slow in the current meta too.
would have loved to see the power scepter urza version.
I might make a second version as my polymorph version is a bit slow in the current meta.

Here!
Did Cam have something to loop his graveyard into his deck or something?? How can he deck his opponents and not himself with all the etali triggers?
He doesn't draw from his empty library, so he can just pass the turn and allow his opponents to die in draw step, similar to the Brain Freeze Underworld Breach combo.
He also could have just played one of the other players combos before that even happens.
etali exiles
Carlos, you might need to mulligan more aggressively against non-midrange decks.
First game I definitely should have. Second game I did, but just used it all up. Third game I mulled to 4 and it is what it is.
Question for Dylan, why go for the Demo/ThOracle win with that last spell rather than the agatha/ballista ? You had all the manaa in the world to make it happen AND you would not have exiled your library, which mean would anyone be able to counter you, you'd still have a go.

Turn 2 Etali is wicked 😭
Turn two and a ton of extra casts too
I will NOT consider becoming a patron
…the fact that I already am is irrelevant
Best reason to not become one right now. :)
If if if… 😂
I like that P2W dudes, they make it funny. 👌🏻
Some of the best out there!
Praetor's Grasp searches library and there was an oppo... :((
Only while searching “their” libraries. :)
it was kinda sad not seeing Urza do much. Never even came out to say hi lol.
Urza always needs a chance to say hi
Dylan casualy untaping grim monolith in is untape phase to pay for mystic remora at upkeep😂
He caught himself and paid correctly ;)
Urza poly scepter is better than poly Kraken!!!! Lol love my Urza list but hate seeing it not do it’s thing
I’ve gone back and forth over the years. poly scepter is more fun for me if not better.
I love etali
Same. Best kind of commander.
Weird, both games that Dylan had an early draw engine, everyone fed him and he won the game🤣 Associations
We were too greedy!
is it me or Tivit's face looks like a very well-groomed Dylan?
Would be a sweet alt art. :)
@@KingdomsTV tell Dylan to do it hahaha
Some days ago I said to someone Urza is no longer cedh viable...perhaps I should show him this video
Naw I just needed to mulligan more aggressively. I had not played against etali yet.
Really seems Urza in the latest meta. Kinda sad hes a cool commander.
Actually I think he is better then ever in the current meta. The powered scepter list got some serious support and is def better then the polymorph one.
I think I might need to speed it up again instead of playing mid range
Why didn’t he mental misstep concult game 2 ???
Hmmm?
@@jasonm1195 Dylan had defense grid out so it would have cost 3 mana and he was tapped out.
Normal edh = 1 game/ 1 hr video. cEDH = 3 games / 26 min video. lol
For reals
Dylan screw thoracle. It should not be a win condition and neither should a certain Jace planeswalker
I'm not a huge fan of Thassa's Oracle, but until its banned it is the best win condition for cedh. So no shade from us.
