Yeah I agree, also he's kind of playing a character on certain shows where he gets angry a lot. or he's at least playing the role of a head chef. If you see him shows where he's around kids or his own family or he meets someone who's genuinely trying their best and need help, he's actually really nice. On Master Chef he's just honest, if it's good he says so, if it's bad he says so, and if someone starts being an ass he shows them he can be a bigger one, but if they're not giving themselves credit he'll gas them up too
