@@altoclef4989 I mean, you're welcome to read whatever weird stuff you want into my well-meaning comment, but Brennan used to do character skits on the same stage and is a bit internet-famous for doing characters. He's not unrelated, and it was a sentiment of appreciation since I really like Brennan
@@KattReen Personally I agree with Alto Clef. I can see that what you were trying to say was well-meaning and complimentary, but comparing POC artists to white artists is something that happens too often and is a form of implicit racism. Even though you didn't intend it, there was subtext in your comment that suggested that his performance was somehow derivative of a white person's performance. Saying he has Brennan Lee Mulligan energy implies that he has nothing unique of his own that he's bringing to the stage. He has Bill Schaefer energy, because that's who he is. And I know that Brennan used to do performances on this stage too, I've seen all of the ones on youtube and I love them so much. But a better way to say this would have been that you enjoyed his performance as much as you enjoyed Brennan Lee Mulligan's past performances on that stage, or that he and Brennan have a similarly good sense of comedic timing. Either of those doesn't place one comedian above the other.
Audio is a little funky, but the comedy here is gold. I, too, have glanced around on a plane and mentally strategized who I’d eat first if we crashed on a deserted island.
You also have to take note of the ones who you think will survive the best and rise to the top of the island's power structure. You don't want to be the first to be killed because you wouldn't take your leg out of the aisle for Greg, a meek mannered account but a survivalist king given the opportunity.
I will thank the next exit row king I see. Only a few years back you could take this honor upon yourself with the knowledge that peoples' lives were in your hands... the leg room was a MERE CONVENIENCE... NOW, the airlines require you to PAY EXTRA to be a hero. I say NO MORE!
I was supposed to go on a flight with spirit airlines, and about 2 weeks before the flight, they canceled and we had to get new tickets for another flight at super high rates. Most airlines will offer to rebook you with another airline for a similar flight, but not spirit. To make things worse, they only canceled the flight out, but not the flight back. How the heck are we supposed to use the flight back if you canceled the flight out? Luckily, they also canceled and refunded the flight back a few days later, but seriously, their customer service sucks.
major kudos on the ending tbh, i always love seeing how comedians end sketches especially ones that ramp up super hard like this, and that final joke is *chefs kiss* perfect
Reminds of the time a partner at my firm invited a couple of us out on his yacht. A couple glasses of champagne in, I let it all go to my head, group texted my family that "I'm boat people now and I can't let them hold me back anymore".
@Elizabeth Taylor I can only hope that my comment shows up before yours on the scroll feed to warn anyone looking through it. The link you posted is possible malware, and I recommend that you take it down because that's super uncool.
The little pause for "25 fucking dollars?" is gold
The audio fits well with the airplane setting, makes it feel real
“Their oversight has placed your pathetic lives in my equally pathetic hands”
Bro 💀✋
So, so good 😆
The twists to this one were gold holy shit
I remember when I was given that job even though I’m 5’3 and like, 120 pounds. No way I’d have actually been able to do anything in an emergency lol
This is some real Brennan Lee Mulligan energy
i was just gonna say it feels very Dimension 20
so glad other people thought so. Something about the way the volume increases at the start of each sentence
Nah, he has an energy all his own, and it's kind of weird to compare him to an unrelated white dude rather than see his talent for what it is

It’s intentional, it’s meant to mimic an airline announcement
sounds fun, i'll be doing this too the next time i board a plane

The audio is on purpose
This was a roller-coaster, with the valleys being funny as hell and the peaks being effing hilarious.
The chances of this flame going down or 1 in 11 million…
King Steve: I like those odds.
This gives me Barking Glass energy
The end where he realizes he's on the wrong flight after going on a power trip is so funny XD
I thought it was gonna be that he was in the wrong row
That’s the kind of comedy that makes you feel light headed at the end from all the laughter
100/10
This man won the game of thrones
Yesterday I was on a flight in which I was the only person sitting in the emergency exit row. I thought of this the entire time.

This is too fricking funny. Major kudos for this sketch lol
I really want more bill Schaefer. His morpheous skit and this are hilarious

An excellent performance AND a king costume? Yes plz.
Into my equally pathetic hands
This would go great with The Pilot Who Is Afraid of Public Speaking.
You just know there are 10 people minimum on that flight who would go along with it for the memes.
i finally found someone that can match my energy
i can't pick a favourite thing about this skit and it's w O N D E R F U L!!!

I'm in tears 🤣 my side are killing me!
This dude and Sarah Smallwood Parsons need to collab!
That was freaking brilliant!
"can you handle the responsibility of the emergency exit?"
"Are you asking me if I can turn a handle".

He is both ABLE... and WILLING
One of the best skits I’ve seen from y’all! Amazing!
Thank goodness I use Amtrak for travel
I love the idea of them!
This feels like an old Studio C
The one true King
This is so good!
Among the best shit I´ve seen from you guys!
I love these Erlich Bachmann vibes
Yasss we need more!!
This is gold😭
Sounds like CalebCity
I’ve never laughed so hard at a sketch before
This is how anti-Ricardians imagine Richard III behaving on a plane flight.
Why do people make fun of spirit airline
