This is one of my favorite routines.... Heavy Quick Swings combined with slow strict pushups they compliment opposite muscle groups and facilitate passive recovery breaks
my hardest routine without a doubt in swings + push ups super set; 40 swings + push ups to failure x2 30 swings + push ups to failure x2 20 swings + push ups to failure x2 10 swings + push ups to failure x2 some say that it's too much but I got used to it,it's hard but not to the point of over working :)
I literally just started doing this in an EMOM style workiut. It's been killer. Covering cardio, explosiveness, and a complex "closed chain" movement.

I agree, but my "push" exercise has become the slow strict VINCE Gironda dip, I have a set of parallette bars. Or the Fulcrum pushup. 👊🏿💪🏿 stay strong
Sick choice brother. Stay strong 💪
Swings and push-ups and when the push-ups get easy switch to dips. When the swings get easy get a bigger bell!
If not, you can go from swing to snatch
Definitely. Great idea

Almost 30 years in the Army, I have zero criticisms about your pushups. Textbook, mate.
Thanks brother, this really means alot.
