Never drink water after hot pepper because it increases the spiciness, it is best to take some milk product (cheese, kaymak, yogurt...) Бримзи, I never tried that dish although I live here since the stone age. I would recommend a pate called KAVURMA. Its a spicy cooked firm mixture of kidneys, lungs, liver...Try the farmer s line, not the supermarket kind. I am sure you'll like it. Its way more civilized than...the tongue
