You`re a long way from the sea, therefore freshwater fish such as trout. In Lima by the sea they use Sole, which is imho a far superior fish to make ceviche with.

I`ve been to Peru twice and I`ve Never seen Lomo Saltado like that! Normally it is pieces of fillet steak and chunky chips with some peppers.... That`s a gastro version you had!

Serbian wines are very underrated and unfortunately, Serbian wine makers abounded their tradition of making wines for quite some time, tradition that goes many centuries back. Needs to be reinvented soon and I believe they are getting there. Amazing video clip

I'm a Serbian American and was in Yugoslavia one time as a kid in 1980 visting relatives. I've never once seen cevapi served inside the bread at any of the Serbian Church festivals or picnics I've went to the last 50yrs in America. Last cevapi I had was a month ago at Serb Fest Clearwater FL and they served it like I've always seen it.......10 cevaps on a plate with bread and chopped onions on the side, along with a small salad sometimes.

100 % beef Cevapi not as good as 2,3 in one. You should try authentic Serbain cevapi Leskovac style. Your buddy called it, Karadjordjeva rocks!

Walter is actually for Bosnian cevapi. The owner got the license for an original recipe, identical to the old town in Sarajevo, Bosnia. While cevapi is present in the entire Balkans, there are nuances in each country.

Ama pustite lika da proba nove stvari s obzirom da su britanci zaguljeni po tom pitanju. Srpski jezik je drugi po tezini za ucenje na svetu. Kao sto je rekao neko u komentarima ne izgovaraju oni vokale po Adelungovom pravilu. Mogu godinama da uce, tesko ce savladati fonetiku a o gramatici da ne pricam, kind like a mission impossible 🙂.
