I take a no lent wipe with a little swipe on it and wipe it out. Then I always follow up with a little base gel so my brush isn’t dry. I also have a job rush I use for gel mixes and one that I don’t. 😉🌟✨💫🤩💅🏻💖

Did these glitters come in the mystery boxes? Did you use builder gel on the 2nd nail that you sprinkled the glitter onto? The nails look very pretty! Oh I see that you did, can top coat be used to build up the nail?
the glitters that came in the mystery boxes varied. On the second nail, Mel used base coat, cured it and then a second layer of base, sprinkled the glitter on top. That's why she needed two coats of build pink at the end, it was thinner.
Now when you custom your glitter and you charge $5 each glitter do you also charge how many you put on each finger as per say 2 glitter fingers plus the $30 worth of custom glitter? Or does the client get the whole 10 fingers ? I hope I make sense

These glitters are just examples and there is not an actual client picking them. In salon, if you were to mix custom colors like this for a client then yes, the client would be picking the glitters with assistance from you to know what would look good together and actually blend well. You would inform them before starting to mix the price of each glitter they choose and they can decide how many they want based on their budget.
They are called painting knives. You can find them at craft stores or on amazon. Glitter sticks to everything and is almost impossible to get completely out. We recommend having a separate brush for anything glitter.
Can you use a hard sculpture gel with gel nail color pods mix together to make a hybrid gel ? I have lots of colors in gel nail Polish 💅 pods but my clients want blue , Red , purple colors sculpture gel 😜 Can it be done ?

Sure! I would still build your free edge with clear first but then you can use this on top of the while thing for longer nails.

How do you tell which is an illumination colour and which isn’t?
If you look at the swatches on our website, the ones that you can not see through are all the Illum colors.
Can you use any kind of glitter ?
We prefer cosmetic grade glitters that are chemical resistant so the color doesn’t come off when you touch it with liquid.
