How lovely to find these videos! I watch the film every Hanukkah (family tradition) along with Yentl. I had no idea that Mr. Groban had theater experience .He is very good here, especially his singing voice , of course. Thank you for sharing these videos!
WOW, at the age of 18 during Hi-school time, AMAZING JOSH!!!!!!!! You are too GOOD to be TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!! I love you!!!!!!! GOD bless you & may HE always keeps you safe in all the ways!
I have been following him since he first started on the finale of the Ali McBeal show; he is the same now as he was then - only older, more handsome, and more giving. He has always been smart, kind, sensitive, and one of the few that did not get lost in fame.
Thank you for the upload. The talent of Josh of 18 years old is known and he is surprised. The indispensable condition of a musical has a wonderful song, it is peevish, and a play becomes still better.
It is mine (and my late father’s) as well. My grandparents left Russia (now, the Black Sea portion of Ukraine) in 1917. They were fleeing persecution by the Bolsheviks. Deja vu!
Fabulous job! :) Thank you for sharing this timeless video...Priceless! :) I had the pleasure of being in a production of "Fiddler" with my son many, many years ago...brings back many memories! :) Bravo Josh! :) Thanks again for sharing this treasured performance! :) You voice is amazing as always! :) Take care and God Bless! :)
Honestly... People talking about fame has changed him, have you considered that what you are seeing is what comes with age...he has grown into himself and has developed a lot more confidence. As far as I can tell he is still very appreciative and humbled by his "fame" and unless I see proof of him acting differently I won't be joining your hate wagon.....plz reassess and reevaluate what you think you KNOW of him however, if you are lindy, jack or Chris groban I will take you word for if
Hehe i love this video,. Because I am there when its happened,. I am there also to watching you there,. On the roof🙂🙂👍where you get story honey,. I am there too,.
@kristynkmusic he does want to get to performing on Broadway, but it's not going to be sometime until after he's done with touring for All That Echoes. that may be sometime in 2014, according to an interview he was doing during h
Deborah Stone I don't see where you're getting that idea unless you knew him before he started in the music industry professionally. Every interview, every concert, every message to the public I've ever seen has always been delivered by someone very thankful to the people who have put him where he is. He's silly with a very off-the-wall sense of humor sometimes, and he's grown as a person and an artist, but I don't agree with you at all that fame has changed him. Then again, I don't personally know Josh...wish I did, but I don't. Now, if you're a friend of his and have seen an up-close-and-personal negative change in him, I'll believe you, otherwise, no way.
I know people who attended the same high school he did. He still is involved with it, attending rehearsals and performances. They all say he's a great guy, very positive and encouraging.
Are you kidding! He is only 18 here! He was awesome! What a great voice even then!
He sounded better than most adults at that age!
Years from now when they revive this show on Broadway again, he's got the role!!
i hope so

Is anyone else convinced that Josh Groban has the fountain of youth. He seriously looks the same! (Without the fake beard obviously)

I love it. Funny. Where in the Good Book does it say that?Well it says something about a chicken.
déja la voix et surtout la gestuelle ! Il est génial ce type :)
The Rabbi's son searching through the pages where the part of the chicken is stated...great input. I wished that was in the 1973 movie.
And only 18!
Josh tu és fantástico, tens muita presença em palco seja a fazer concertos como fazer teatro. Beijinhos❤️❤️❤️

Josh as 2024 is 43 years of age - don’t understand 18 year old comments?
Sorry missed date of performance vs date of upload…
Wow, 18
The other one to honey,. Kindly post too,. I am there,. Helping you,. Are you see me there?
I just read that he was only 18 when this was performed. Poor dialogue delivery, but nice job on song.
There sure were a lot of black jews in Russia back then
he is rich and famous and it has all gone to his head, I loved him back in the day ....fame changed him
How would this video make you think it has all gone to his head? I don't see any change from the way he conducts himself online, in person and on TV.
I have followed Josh since he was a kid....fame changed him...so sad

Deborah Stone In what ways? Please deliberate!
