Question: 40k is often considered one of the more OP sci-fi settings, so how would one of the smaller factions, like the Tau, fare in a different setting like Mass Effect or Halo?

Pregunta: I've heard that it takes more geneseed to make a Primaris Maine than it does to make a normal space marine. That being said, does that mean that there are going to be fewer astartes overall, but they will be higher quality? Or will the Imperium be able to manufacturer more geneseed to supply the Chapters? Its gonna pivot into the scouring, then maybe redo the Beast which was a great idea but had some serious problems in the execution.
