My adenium is 5-6 years old, and is single petal general colour based. But for few months I have been noticing that the leaves are growing, but in folded condition, later when the leaves mature after a month or so, they open and remain flat before shedding. Hence all the upper leaves of the branch remain folded and the leaves of lower level remain in normal form after passage of time.
What can I do to treat this deformity??
The 2nd question is about hibiscus.
I too have the same plant as shown in your video titled "hibiscus propagation, 4 months update....." The flower with white petals, to be exact.
The plant is 7 months old. And is growing steadily, currently having a height of 2 ft above pot. The leaves are green and the plant is showing healthy growth with new buds every day on every single branch.
But the main problem lies with the buds falling off after turning yellow on a regular basis upto 4-6 of them. The soil is well drained and watered everyday. Usage of mix fertilizer from the market is given at periodic intervals of 2 times per month. And the pot is on the roof with adequate sunlight.
The problem is persisting for 4 months or so. Waited for the monsoon to arrive, thinking it would cure the plant, but to no avail.
Currently we are experiencing monsoon here in Kolkata.
I am fed up with this issue. Please provide me with a solution.
