Clay pots are best but you can grow in any pot. Your soil mix has to be according to the pot and weather at your place.

Mam mere pass mere ugaye 3 years old hybrid arabicum plant hain bt 3 years ke hisab se zyada mote nahi hue lagbhag 1.5 inch hi hue hain acchi growth ke liye kya karain potting mix sand and Cocopeet and fertilizer seaweed and npk 19 deta hu

You are giving all the required nutrients. Just make sure it is in full sun. Soil should be well draining and keep it in the rains this monsoon for good growth. 🙂
