- I’m celebrating my one year, log cabin, TH-cam channel by cooking a 48 ounce tomahawk steak in the fireplace at the cabin. Also a look into some of what is to come in the next year here at the cabin.

Like the prayer. Grew up in Canton and visited family in Pittsburgh. Used to go through Lisbon all the time as a kid. Was one of my favorite towns we went through. I remember the diner and VFW sign. Stopped there with my dad for a beer a few times. I’m in Cleveland now but get down that way occasionally. I’ll try that farm. Great looking steak. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, clean water is important! Look at Beaver Creek, still not drinkable from the chemical spill up the Middle Fork that happened decades ago! Although, I do have a buddy that loves to fish ( catch and release) at the confluence of the North Fork and the Middle Fork. But since the spill coming down the North Fork, I don’t think he would even canoe that section of river now.

When you stabbed the knife in that steak, my mouth started watering because I knew that baby was perfectly tender. I was hoping for a finish shot of how much you ate in one sitting!

Praying for your complete healing Jerry and so looking forward to your videos in this next year. I'd be concerned if you are close, and the water issue of contamination. Dioxins stay in the water and soil for hundreds of years. It's truly sad and all those immediately affected are in our prayers, as well as the rest of us who will be affected down the road due to crop land loss and usage. Love the surrey and can't wait to see it in action! We are actively looking for that style motor in various sizes, one in particular to run my husband's blacksmith shop via belts and pulleys. The steak looked so good, made my mouth water and could almost smell it!
