He’s a top 15 guy today, arguably low top 10, but he’s on the fringe right now while in his prime. He’s being passed by guys right now too, while in his prime. I think he’ll likely still be a top 20 player, but 10 is a stretch. I love Giannis, he’s one of my 3 favourite players of all time, but I’d be shocked if he permforms this well until he’s was 34. His reliance on athleticism is already starting to show itself with injuries being more and more common. He needs to develop a jumper. It’s not about 3 point shooting, it’s about extending his longevity. LeBron is still monstrous athletically but partially because he’s developed a jumper and isn’t so reliant on driving anymore, he’s extended his longevity. Giannis needs to do the same. I’d also be surprised if Jokic was still that high in 5 years although I could see him being lower top 10. Flagg, Ant, and Wemby are great but there’s tons of other incredibly talented players in the league that are also on the rise. They won’t be the only 3 joining the top 10 in 5 years.
