- One of the best mods you can do to the XP Limited and other 951 Sea Doo PWCs is installing Pro-K Flame Arrestors and Re-Jetting your carbs. This is a great first mode to improve throttle response and increase RPMs.
When doing so you’ll also need to delete the choke, and it is a good time to also delete the accelerator pump on the carbs. I chose to install a primer at this time as well.

I went with stock needles, stock spring, 110 lows and 162.5 highs, bent Accelator pump out of way. Both high and low 1 turn out. Runs amazing great throttle response.

Do you have a shopping list for all the items you replaced I’m trying replace mine I’ve had it sitting for 2 years because the orange check valve broke on accelerator pump and this is the only video that shows how to delete it. Thanks

I need to change the starter on my 98 xp. do you know if I need to remove the the air box and the carbs? or do you think I can get away with just the air box? originally when I started looking at it I thought I would have to remove the pipe to remove the air box and carbs.
Where did you get the plugs and fittings for the holes when you remove the choke butterfly?
Where did you get the new bolts for the accelerator pump delete cover? Every bolt I’m finding seems to be too long
How’s the water resistance with the pre filters on? I read that some people had water ingestion issues
Why do so many want to remove the accell pumps?
if not adjusted correctly they will bog and cause a lean issue when causing mid throttle. Its why so many of these 951 just blow up after rebuild. Most people don't fix the original issue.
