Thank you for the information. I will be purchasing the chop saw later today. I will be installing a piece of sheet metal on the bench as well as the wall to ensure that sparks do not cause a fire while using the chop saw. Have a great day!
Feed Back! here is one, next video show how accurate the angle cuts are at 45 deg cut making a 90 deg angle frame. tell how accurate cuts are if adjustments need to be made and how true the vertical and horizontal cuts are so joining the two 45 deg cuts should make a flush 90 joint.
I have a Dewalt Chop saw, similar model. I have found the blade vertical alignment is off 90degree. From top to bottom of cut (75mm or 3”) it’s out by 2-3mm (5/64 - 1/8). Is there away of adjusting the blade alignment ?
JUST picked up the saw and found your review helpful. I liked, subscribed and belled. Question I only found 5 or 6 videos have you done more? I am looking for ideas to do with my saw and mig welder and wood working looking for feedback thanks steve
Hello. I was wondering if those washers that you had extra have it on sell because I bought one and didn’t have it inside the box Can you tell me what are those parts called so I can buy them Thank you
Ocd70 it’s holding up great! I have used it to make quite a few projects so far. I’ve pushed it well past what it was designed for and it hasn’t even hiccuped, I’m very pleased. I do wish I had a cold cut saw but it just wasn’t in the budget, this was definitely a great compromise

Can It cut 45-0-45 degrees
great job!!
The clamp is supposed to be fastened to the bottom of the plate, IE your extra hardware in bottom of box!
Padlock hole is to keep your construction site co-workers from using your saw.
Nice video how's it holding up?
