interesting layout/challenge: 4:26 I'd prefer the kitchen at the corner of the house so it has a view of the backyard while having the option to serve food/drinks to the pool through a window.
the bathroom in the kitchen will simply be a cut and paste then placed below bathroom 3.
I love it. The only thing I would change is the open car port, I’ll always prefer a closed garage type.

Great design. Remove one of the small bedrooms and expand the remaining one + build a bathroom inside.
The plan as is could present problems because the small bedrooms lack a bathroom.

How is it possible? Your sis bought $200,000 in 2014. Now it is 2021. Price is skyrocketing.

You could think of : reversing living+ kitchen so that you do not enter directly from outside to living and master should not be overlooking the street. Not enough storage, maybe one bedroom less would do the job. Apart from this - good work

Finally, I got bedrooms having bathrooms inside. How can I get the picture?
Nice!! Maybe you should remove the urinal in the master to allow for a double sink which is much more luxurious. Also I noticed not much storage in all of the bedrooms. If you sacrifice a bedroom you could allow for built in wardrobes in all rooms maybe even a butlers pantry.

Why every house plan has the open garage. In the winter cars mos be inside for protection. Otherwise I like every house u have designed. Great talent & nice skills. I'd like to know what programe you use for turning house into a real view. Thnx

Plans like these for cashed up singles are brilliant. 3 tenants at least get their own bathroom. That alone must be worth $350 a week ea flatmate in sydney

looks spacious but in reality its not. bungallow with 4BR is too much given the area. couldve used that 4th BR space to widen kitchen/dining or living room.

Hi...possible to build this with a land area 12m x 17m. Planning to build this beside seaside back in Philippines.
Cool houses but your estimated cost is off - way off - for building in the USA. If all of the really cool architectural features were included you couldn't build this house for 10 times your estimate.

Garage 5x5m???? Its for toy cars,or have a automatic parking system???Because in the reality its not work 5x5m for two car...
Just wondering how wide your cars are. 5m is more than enough to park 2 cars easily.
@@alexkaraya Our cars cc 1,8 meter wide..2,5m/car..if you open the door,you have maybay 35-35cm / side.Or if you parking two car,you have cc 50cm/ side- the door thickness..you have maybay 40cm /door..please,open 40 cm the door,and sit in,or out..
@@anonimus4639 Yes, it's tight parking but still possible. I'll admit 40cm may not be ideal but am still getting in and out. I drive a wide truck and when am parking in some estate roads, I have to park very close to the wall to ensure I leave enough space on the road for other motorists. It's a necessary hassle. Space is a luxury.

We get our glass windows secure with outer metal grills here in Philippines unless your house is in a great posh subdivision/village with full securities.

All your houses sure are small.. and all have carports instead of garages..and you have laundry inside where the kitchens are..like this house..it’s a big no no for me..in all or majority Australian homes don’t have like this designs..we have 2,3,4 car garages depending on how big the houses are..small houses end up with carports built in after by the owner of house,it’s there choices…
