Considering the writer of that particular manga was Nisioisin, who wrote a book that won the Mephisto award when he was twenty, wrote 12 books in the span of a year, has about half a dozen multi season animes to his name, and has written well over 50 books at this point, I think you should reconsider who you call toddler.

They are fictional characters, so they are born fictitiously and they die that way as well, like in the future. So, if he was born in 1830s, and he dies in 2029 or 30, I forget what year, it would literally make him 200 years old when he dies. But this is also the MCU with the multiverse theory being proven to be true, so most of these characters can be much older than what we know rn.
@Steve Rogers MCU has also gone into the future, they must be getting their numbers correctly, just at a different source than you. They also could have used the comics for reference and noted the year that cap has died and time for inflation to get their number. You don't know how they got that number, so it could be correct. Doing some research can really go long ways instead of saying the video is incorrect.

So Najimi, if I remember correctly, was basically born with the existence of the universe. And she could basically one shot everyone on this list without looking in their direction. She had something like 20 trillion unique skills that were effectively superpowers, and it took a guy who's entire schtick was erasing things from existence to nerf her for a couple of years.
But that was kind of the thing, she was meant to be a joke character taken far too seriously. The entire manga revolved around parodying and subverting the shonen genre. For example, the defacto protagonist gets a skill that does nothing but negate typical shonen tropes, like enemies appearing in order of strength.
It's a good read, give it a shot.
Medaka Box is just that OP you'd be hard pressed to find someone equally as broken safe for like... Featherine? Comp Goku? Akiju?
