I really enjoyed your explanation of the negotiation process. Such a great tip about how to package Funko Pops in a way that doesn’t destroy the box. We just bought one for our kiddo from a large store that shipped it to us in a bubble mailer and the box was DESTROYED!
Trolls!! ❤️ I have to admit my jaw dropped when you said 3,000 - I knew that wasn’t gonna be THE price but gosh I was in such suspense waiting to hear the total lol you did great! You both did great! Great teamwork! And you waisted no time getting it home organizing it and making a plan! Great job Mrs Primetime and little miss Primetime too. 💪🏻
FUNKO POPS sell at comic conventions and video game conventions as well as toy festivals. So if you are going to a comic convention anyway, you may as well book a stall and load up the car. The advantage is that you are THEN among the dealers while they are setting up - before the public gets to see their stock. Which means you get first-view of those high-end premium comics you do so well with. . .
I should have known with all that inventory that you'd find a reason for the saxophone music. Some dogs can be so funny about not knowing where to look when you point. My cocker is like "duh," and just stares at my finger. But my chihuahua/pom knows to follow to where I'm pointing.
Lol yeah the person I bought it from watches the channel and was curious which one would be the lucky lady that night 😀. Dogs are so funny! Thanks Lina! What’s your dog’s name?

“Summer Convention” means it was a shared exclusive with SDCC and a retail store chain such as Barnes & Nobel, or Hot Topic, and bought at the retail chain (not SDCC). “Fall Convention” is NYCC shared. :)
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter oh totally. There are a few only obtainable at the sdcc show, but even shared exclusives bought at the sdcc event will have an sdcc sticker different from the retail store. Hello I Watch a lot of your TH-cam videos. I feel you're very informative only explain things a lot more in detail men other channels and pickers. And you're quite entertaining too. On one of your TH-cam episodes you said you started buying comic books under $50 and then reselling them then you said you moved up to buying them under $100 I know you're a busy guy and I don't want to bother you what did you mean you buy them graded or you pay to get them graded ? I would really like to make a living flipping comic books but I'm not sure how to start out and go about it. I recently come into $10,000 that I can spend to buy comic books to flip but, I just don't really understand how to make money doing it. I was wondering if you could explain more how you started buying them cheap were they graded or not? I realize your really busy but I was hoping you could explain more in depth of how to make money clipping comic books. I do have $10,000 to start buying them I just don't understand what to do. Could you please elaborate more and explain how to do it when you have time I would greatly appreciate that, thank you very much. I'm going to keep watching your videos.
Hi Dennis. Here is a video (th-cam.com/video/Mw0L4XY17H8/w-d-xo.html) I did to get you started but I would not invest large sums of money into areas you are not familiar yet. Just dabble in new areas, gain the expereince, and then source accordingly witht he knowledge and profit yout gained. I usually buy the books already graded. I have a video about whether you should get comics graded. See my comics playlist for that and more. :
I don't know much about computers how do I find the time point in the video, I really like your video's. I just found out about them I have never bought anything from an online store like yours.
I don't like Funkos. I think they are creepy. But like Beenie Babies , ppl were paying over 100 for some, now you can't even give them away. So.....some things go up in value, others go down. Where will Funckos go??
They still do great as long as you buy the right ones. See my discussion on this at the end. Not the same as Beanies for many reasons, including the links to pop culture.
One thing to know about Dom is that he makes "wise" decisions. He did not buy all those Funkos just for the Wow factor and then have to sell them for $1 each at a garage sale. That is not what his channel is about. He has years, decades of experience in buying and selling. So if he makes a purchase it is because he knows he can make money.
Huge fan of the walking dead here! Lol. I like the psychology behind the emotions of the characters and what different people would do in the same situation. It makes one think about what they would do in a similar situation and what’s important in life. My kids and I have had many deep conversations over the walking dead. BUT, I TOTALLY understand why people don’t like it. Have a good day 💕
@@DaniMaeAdventures yes, it definitely had a very strong following back in the day and still has some very strong supporters! I’ve done very well in the past selling walking dead comic books
Funkos are a total waste of time and money and even the company is trashing millions of them because they do not sell. I wish you luck but most people by now know that the market for funkopops is dead.
So, I just have to laugh at these kind of comments because I have literally heard this after every single bulk Funko collection I have purchased and it's always wrong. Each collection has been a terrific investment and very profitible. You cannot make a general statement like you did and be accurate. I discussed this at the end of the video....you need to know what you are buying. If you purchased a bunch of overproduced bulk, then yes, waste of money. BUT, if you have a lot of exclusives, limited eiditions, chases, popular titles, then you will do very well. Remember, I showed SOLD comps in this video, many of which sold multiple high dollar sales for the same item at around the same price range. The devil is in the details.
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHuntere sold 7 funkos in the last week and they were ones I paid 25 cents each for at an overstock store and they sell for $6.95-$7.95 plus shipping each. Bought hundreds years ago and they consistently sell and they’re not popular ones by any means. Lol
