The fact is, Pakistan has been and will in future will rule by Military, wether it is dictatorship or by Establishment ( behind the curtain) and that is what not letting them develop
Sethi Even you are not able to recognize the real reason for military rule in Pakistan. Democracy is not in the DNA of Muslims. Second reason, at the time of independence, Pakistan was more resourceful than India in the military partition.
