Your self awareness is remarkable. Having watched you for over a decade, it has been a joy to witness the person you’ve become; you’ve become more and more of exactly who you are and the world needs that person. Stay true to yourself and your spirit because you’re clearly on the right path.

No wonder I’ve been watching you for so long. We have more in common in our life story than I ever would’ve guessed. From the big issues to the small details. It’s a blessing to hear that I am not alone. I’m 23 and I see myself in you. Looking to God to heal.

Tony, thank you so much for sharing your story. I have been a follower pretty much since you began, and you remain my favorite ASMR creator. I listen to you almost every day. I think you are incredibly strong and brave to go through what you did and I'm so sorry that you were not treated the way you should have been. It sounds like you've done amazing healing with your inner child, and I know that he feels so safe, loved, and seen with you. I don't know you personally, but I'm so proud of all the work and healing you've done. I know exactly what video with your dad you mentioned as ironically it's one of my favorites (I love your massage videos) and I've always thought that your energy was off in that video - you almost seemed (and this is just my perception) that you changed your voice slightly in that video to maybe sound more masculine. It makes complete sense if you didn't feel safe around your dad, and especially hearing he was so cruel to you when you came out. Having a toxic parent comes with a lot of grief, and I know for me personally it's been extremely hard to to grieve a parent that is still alive, to grieve what could have been, what we missed out on. You are very very loved, and honestly I don't know what I would do without your videos, you've helped me so much and your energy has always been so calming to me. Hugs!

Hi Tony. Thank you for this video. So many of us can relate as I have gone through a similar situation with a family member. Your channel is my favorite because you bring to it YOU, your vulnerability and your real life happenings. Your story times are among my favorites because we get to know you as a person. Telling this story and how it affects you is really going to help a lot of other people. Tony, you are loved by all of your poopsies here. You are not alone. .You have all of our support and thank you for what you do for us.

Tony you are so valued and appreciated here- I have been watching you since I was 19 (I’m 30 now), and you have provided me with comfort in times I thought none could be found. How lovely to watch you grow into the incredible healer that you are. I so appreciate you just for being you! ❤
A lot of us can relate to having very critical parents, especially immigrant parents. Those wounds run so deep.

That’s the same for me with my grandmother. She has a narcissistic personality & she verbally& emotionally abuses me often. I envy people that have loving & healthy relationships with their grandmothers. I pray for you & your heart to find peace 💕 I love you to pieces

you are seen and heard on this. had similar issues going on. but remember that pain is not permanent, because nothing ever is, for good and for worse.
you will heal and be able to move on someday, every day that you live and be yourself is a step towards peace.
i wish you all the best for the future and that you will heal this pain and be able to feel peace and love in its' full extent. ❤

I can totally relate. My mom wouldn't talk to me for weeks at a time when I was in elementary school. My whole focus was to seek her approval. I finally gave up and rebelled.
As far as guilt for how you are or have been.....
You damn sure have the motivation and will to heal. You are taking steps in that direction. Totally heroic.
We can't act beyond where we are at. Genetics and conditioning are the only 2 factors determining our behavior. We have control over neither. We do things and learn. We work with what life hands us. So there really is no need for your guilt. Genetics and up to date conditioning, that's why we are who we are today.
I'm 62. Some of my issues are insurmountable except perhaps divine intervention.
    So the point is this....
Can I love MYSELF imperfect as I am. Can I FORGIVE my own ignorance and ineptitude?
Once I let go of ego judgement and love myself, the whole world opens up and I am freer.
    The way out is thru.
So proud of you. Your doing great. ❤

Let me briefly tell you my dad story Tony. I hope it will help you, because I can see you are trying to excuse your father behaviour. My father had an alcoholic father; my grandad would kick is children out ( the first time for my dad he was only 5, well at least it is the first time he remembers it) for simple reasons like arriving 5 min later. He would call my dad bastard and other nasty things on top of the beattings. When he was 15, he needed to run away from his country because he was white; he saw people decapitated and cut in pieces. He run with what he had in his body, that is all. Since that time, my das was unable to go back "home". Long story short: my dad ended up in the military and never touched alcohol. I had the best dad in the world. One thing he told me that I will take for life is " it is not where you came from or your pain that defines you, but what you decide to do with that pain". So, we can indeed be victims, but that does not excuse the fact that we have the choicr to be evil. Lots of love ❤ you will heal
