Coach Carl Reed football knowledge is off the charts, I like how he breaks things down and simplifies the game so that even the casual fan can understand what their seeing out there on the field. How come this man is not a head coach?

My husband gifted me a trip to Boulder for their season opener. All due to content creators; Especially Thee Pregame Show. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that we would pay $500 for seats in the nosebleed section. This doesn’t include the airline tickets, hotel, rental car, restaurants, etc. we came on Thursday and left on Sunday. We used Uber twice because we used a covered parking garage over 2 miles away (my husband has a medical boot on his leg) We went to downtown Boulder on Saturday and explored their walkable mall. We deliberately let the shop owners know that we were there from Arkansas to attend the game. It was great and I recommend it!
I join your club. My family cane from st Louis. We stayed in downtown Denver and drove in. Ate good. Drove the mountains. Had seats behind the team. Got awesome pictures! Was on ESPN 😁.... it was a weekend to remember

I love what Coach Prime is doing and, i know his staff will make the necessary adjustments. I would like to see Dallan and, Micah as RB1 and RB2. They both run with such as physical style. I believe they both could help to establish a good identity on the ground. Also Bentley played out of his mind if CU can get more production on side of him it would be great. In the interior Chidozie Nwanko was a beast, i like how Dayon Hayes played, i liked how BJ Green played, Samuel Okunlola was a monster on the edge. Shane Cokes was good, Rayyan Buell did some nice things, i really like the pieces they have. They have to do a better job with lane integrity and, getting off blocks. The secondary especially the corners was as good as advertised. I would like to see Colton Hood on the field more, he really flashed. CU is way better than they showed, I know they will improve
As a hurricane fan die hard and a Colorado fan i welcome talk about bout teams and we can all appreciate good QB play in Cam Ward. Fun fact shedure sanders and cam ward worked out together along with the vt QB and you can see they got better.

Running the ball helps with game management and defense and opens up the passing game even more. Shedeur’s best college season was with a 1000 yard back and a solid run game. Got solid backs in that room too that want and deserve to be featured.

You have to balance the offense; the running game does that. What Pat needs to do is just mix up the play calls. The run game should be giving you 100-150 yds a game in this pass oriented offense. If the run game is established, PA and RPO calls are easier. The offensive line doesn’t have to work as hard. Right now, the offense looks like last year’s because the run game isn’t present. Make that a focal point and thus team becomes hard to defend against defensively
My two biggest concerns are 1) the wear and tear on Travis Hunter’s body playing so many snaps 2) Omarion Miller getting enough burn that he doesn’t lose patience. Your thoughts?

There were several instances they could have ran the ball. The fact is they have to keep the head coach's son on a top. At least be honest about it.

I am a CU fan for sure ever since Kordell Stewart was QB. However, I completely disagree with part of what Uncle Neeley is saying. This we have Shedeur & Travis narrative is beginning to sound unsettling. Football is a TEAM sport. 11 on 11. I played for nearly 20 years and currently coach at the HS level as well so I'm not just complaining. It is ridiculous to say that just because you have two dynamic players you don't have to run the ball "effectively" in obvious running situations or take a knee to run out the clock when it is obvious that you should do so. To date, I have not yet seen the CU coaching staff actually commit to establishing the run game and keep defenses honest. At this rate their RBs will continue to jump in the portal each time it opens. CU needs to figure out how to have a BALANCED offense, this current narrative is an unbalanced approach and will not yield long-term championship results. I sincerely hope that the CU coaching staff has a more diverse and effective play-calling strategy that will involve utilizing the talents of ALL the players on the football team which includes running the ball more effectively in obvious run situations. I don't think the CU staff or affiliates need to articulate this Shedeur & Travis "are the best", narrative publically because it demeans the value of the other excellent players on the team. And once CU happens to lose a few games the coaching staff will lose the locker room and the season will be all but lost. This should be always marketed as the Colorado Buffaloes TEAM not the Shedeur & Travis show. SKO BUFFS!

Last year J5 wasn’t 100% healthy, this year he looks great.
J5 has the twin turbo jets fine tuned this year. Opponents will have a tough decision figuring out who they want their #1 to defend
