Nice review :) Imo for best results the dps rotation should be depending on the time of boss fight if it is lower than 1 min like virhana in bt i just follow the rule (strongest skills first) if the boss fight is longer than 1 min then ice harpon should be first skill and always on CD ... but honestly as long as the boss will die anyway i don't stress myself i sometimes just dps from far without freezing wind 😅
