LEGO 6597 Century Skyway Airport (1994) Speed Build Review

I remember this set from 1994, in toy store it was build and put to glass case for presentation.. i was 9y old. So Santa bring other set not this one for Xmas, unfortunately ... So in age of 35 finally got it :) boxed, full.. my face about this set that finally i can touch and "play" - priceless:)

I got this set by accident in 2006. I meant to order the LEGO City airport that came out that year, but it got mixed up over the phone and I recieved this instead. I loved it, much better set lol

how the f did you get a set from 1994 in 2006? thats nearly 20 years after it was retired.

This set had me totally addicted to the Lego World when I was a kid. I still have it, shattered into pieces, lying in a plastic box down in the basement... I'd just have to rebuild it again ❤️

I wasn’t a fan of this set. I liked the one that came out before this one. I felt the terminal on this set looked too much like a recycled police station, the yellow helicopter looked just plain bad, and I didn’t like the new cockpit windows on the plane.
