A Day in the life of a GP practice

GP practices in Morecambe Bay are facing higher demand now than any prolonged period since appointment data started being recorded by Clinical Commissioning Groups in 2013.
Practices are working exceptionally hard to ensure that patients continue to receive the care that they need. This video gives some helpful tips on ways that patients can support their local practice staff.
