Most compilation channels aren't monetized unless you add something special to them because it's not your content. You'll have to add unique edits, voice overs and something like a facecam. You can't just stitch together videos and hope to make money off other people's content. Also just because a video has ads doesn't mean it's monetized all the money just goes to TH-cam.
