I made custom sweep 90 degree bends in 2" PVC with the exhaust of my car. Get it pliable, slowly bend around some curved concrete border edging for gardens and let it cool. Perfect results. For custom applications, heat works nice, just don't overheat or the pipe goes to mush and it is no good. Sprinkler stuff or pool supply lines but not for interior of houses or under slab for sure.

This video might save me from my nightmare. The supply pipes in my house is using one of those crimp type fittings. Going to the hardware doesn't solve my problem. They don't sell it anymore. To make matters worse, the size is not compatible with standard fittings and sockets. Thanks to buteline for such odd pipes.

Still not what I'm looking for, I want where the 'object' pipe end is reduced in size so the fit is doesn't have the bulge of the typical connection but is a continuous line.

So you can now glue them together and use on water ?

Cool but I have a true value hardware store a few blocks away where I can buy proper fittings. They only cost 50 cents also it’s cheaper than buying a whole stick of pipe for 6 dollars. you are not saving money in the long run.

As someone from Texas, you never know when there is going to be a snowpocalypse and everyone's pipes burst at once such that there are no fittings left at the hardware store

Well I wouldnt use it for house plumbing thats for sure, but if you were making a watering system for your garden or chickens I would go this way. why spen $100 or more dollars on joiners when you can make them. Thanks for your comment.

They're like $3 each in Australia, i need about 30 of them for a custom fish tank drip system and i'm not about to spend an extra $100 on couplings when the pressure is only going to be minimal haha i'm sure nobody would use these on house plumbing xD
