I had an instant connection with Pretty Please. I first listened to it in the middle of the lockdown and i couldn’t go forward with the album cause I repeated it many many times.
My ranking Future Nostalgia: 1. *Levitating* Yes. Just yes. When you first hear it you just don't expect this level of a bop. It is a bop. What can I tell you? It makes me want to dance and sing every fucking time. "Ok but it isn't super lyrically or vocally challenged" yes but music is about transmitting emotions and experiences with rhythm. "I'm levitating" and just as AJ said, I am levitating. I'm feeling the beat, the energy, the music. That's why this is the best track and that's on periodt. 2. *Love Again* Definitely one of the best songs lyrically. Those violins kill me and send me to heaven. Her voice is challenged and I love that, especially in the end where she sings "and again" with a high note in the "and". But ultimately my top spot goes to... 3. *Physical* Wow. Physical is so amazing. The intro, the lyrics, that beat. What I don't like so much is the pre-chorus and chorus lyrically. 4. *Don't Start Now* Banger. BANGER. Beat everywhere, always having something new every time you hear it. That's the magic of it, it never gets old. 5. *Good in Bed* Very Lily Allen-ish and those lyrics make me chuckle. I like the "pop" sounds in between the chorus but vocally it's not the most challenging. 6. *Pretty Please* That bass? Toying with the beat and the lyrics so they match? YES. However it's below these bangers. 7. *Hallucinate* The opening is amazing, it gives me opening of an action or badass bitch or famous star movie and the chorus is awesome. I don't like the pre-chorus though. 8. *Future Nostalgia* I like the techno 80s vibe and lyrics are really bold but I have no other reason to rank it higher than the other bangers. Definitely a bop though. 9. *Boys Will Be Boys* Lyrics are really sad if you're a woman. We go through it every day. The lyrics are really well thought out but the bridge with the kids choir really ruined it for me. 10. *Cool* Sounds like a happier "Pretty Please" and the chorus doesn't move me enough but I like that synth pop vibe. 11. *Break My Heart* Lyrically, very predictable and the beat bores me a bit, but I like the chorus.

Wow. Physical is so amazing. The intro, the lyrics, that beat. What I don't like so much is the pre-chorus and chorus lyrically.

Banger. BANGER. Beat everywhere, always having something new every time you hear it. That's the magic of it, it never gets old.
5. *Good in Bed*
Very Lily Allen-ish and those lyrics make me chuckle. I like the "pop" sounds in between the chorus but vocally it's not the most challenging.
6. *Pretty Please*
That bass? Toying with the beat and the lyrics so they match? YES. However it's below these bangers.
7. *Hallucinate*
The opening is amazing, it gives me opening of an action or badass bitch or famous star movie and the chorus is awesome. I don't like the pre-chorus though.
8. *Future Nostalgia*
I like the techno 80s vibe and lyrics are really bold but I have no other reason to rank it higher than the other bangers. Definitely a bop though.
9. *Boys Will Be Boys*
Lyrics are really sad if you're a woman. We go through it every day. The lyrics are really well thought out but the bridge with the kids choir really ruined it for me.
10. *Cool*
Sounds like a happier "Pretty Please" and the chorus doesn't move me enough but I like that synth pop vibe.
11. *Break My Heart*
Lyrically, very predictable and the beat bores me a bit, but I like the chorus.
I guess we will have different ranking according to our stage of life or mood. Haha. If u r in love then ur list might be valid with levitating, love again and maybe cool at the top. Buf if u r heartbroken maybe dont start now or break my heart will top the list. If u r horny then physical or pretty please even good in bed at the top.
