Making a custom Exhaust system for a honda cb500 in a Norton featherbed frame. That is based on the four into four systems fitted to Factory Honda race bikes of the 1960s and 70s.
Thankyou for watching 😁👍 the idea was to give the world a chance to see inside my workshop, and to see what I'm upto on a week by week basis... I post photos of all my work on facebook and instagram, but alot of people ask to see more, and this has been the best way I've found of showing more... I obviously don't want to give away too many of my trade secrets, but I'm happy to share the wide variety of vintage and classic bikes that come through my doors. 😉👍
Them pipes are gorgeous; may I ask how the difffering diameters curved section ones are made? Always liked the MV's and the Figaroli one for the Benelli Sei.. Thanks
Hi the megaphones are hydroformed, which means they are formed with water.. starting off as two flat pieces welded together and then pumped up with water. 😊👍
Just found your channel, and watched a few episodes, very interesting and informative. Thanks for sharing.
