Knight+Streamer, +2 armor for every structure you have and +2 melee for every armor you have makes an engineer run where the weapons are the main damage possible

Something surprisingly difficult, especially early game but even up through round 15 (depending on luck) is Double Entrepreneur. Because of the losing all your money, you actually end up in negative money if you have some leftover. On top of that, you have -100% damage scaling. Sure you get lots of money, but can you do anything with it?

Still thinking about Doctor+Lich. I think it's probably the best possible use of Doctor, other than maybe Doctor+Masochist (but then 50% armor scaling hits you hard).

Pacifist + One Armed with palm, call it Quarantine (promoting social distance)

Multitasker + Engineer = A LOT of turrets or landmines
Bull + Knight = A LOT of damage by taking armor
Multitasker + doctor = A SHIT TON of attacks
Hunter + Ranger = you have the ALL THE RANGE in the world
Soldier x2 = you are just an OP VERSION OF SOLDIER
Bull + Generalist = When you take a damage upgrade your damage is increased by A LOT
Masochist + Sick = A LOT of damage by the end of the waves
Just some ideas I had for combos, hope you enjoy them if you try them =)
