Fish- 500 gm
Ginger- 1 medium piece
Garlic- 2 tablespoon
Shallots- 10
Curry leaves as needed
Salt for taste
Mustard- 1and half tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
corriander powder- 2 tablespoon
Kashmiri chilli powder- 6 tablespoon
Fenugreek (powdered)- 1 pinch
kudampuli (tamarind)- 3 small pieces
coconut oil
