Having white hair can be lack of hair nutrition. Eat black rice mixed with red rice. So inspirational…what a lovely person, inside and out. She’s learned to embrace aging so beautifully. I say the same, why should I keep coloring my hair, I’m not fooling anyone, I too have embraced aging, although not as gracefully, but it’s ok.
