Poor instructional video. Marketing the ease-of-use got the priority over child safety. The video would have been clearer should it have shown the base needs to be slid on the rails to fit snugly against the backrest. By the way, the product is janky and way overpriced for how cheaply made and rattly it is. Not recommended.
