This is a great layout. Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful job. I would never know that this was a city bus . It's so well put together and has ever you could want one a home bus. Love this one HOME. GOD BLESS YOU AND BE SAFE.
I’ve watched hundreds of school bus conversions and yours is the best. It’s obvious you know what your doing from top to bottom. Very impressive. I mean as soon as I saw how you converted the door I was impressed, lol. I’ve seen ppl take out those school bus doors n put RV doors, I’ve even seen them put regular house doors for a front door of a house. Your looks professional, I mean I just don’t even know what else to say.
Sir,this is an incredible rolling home!Í have seen many converted Buses, but this one is top of the pops! I pull my hat.You didn’t forget a thing. All with high accuracy and good materials, even the colour and the matching trailer makes it a great place to stay.I would instantly give my flat away for such a vehicle!Perfect for 🇺🇸,for Europe maybe a little too big as many streets are narrow! Congratulations,i’m sure this lifestyle is supreme👍🙏
What a amazing bus and home. That has been my dream since i was about 12. NOW I AM 52 AND STILL DREAM. I have a electric wheelchair that i have to bring along today, so i have to find a lift that will fit in. You have made a comfortable nice and great bus. Congratulation
I am exremely impressed. I am a carpenter myself and I have been researching bus conversions for abot three years now and yours is definately one of the best that I have seen.
wow thanks. so much. what is nice is that cabinet shops tend to through out wood that is less then 36" so i was able to get a good portion of wood for free from a neighbors wood shop
As a former bus builder (Orion), this guy knows his way around a bus. He's done some nice work with this bus and would have been a fun guy to work with. As I used to say at the bus factory, "think outside the bus".
@@divox9pqr just a little tidbit info...one of the scientist that worked in the Manhattan Project lived within 20 miles of our house here. He had a very large home and outbuildings that he made into a museum with all his collections of different countries;etc. His parents were missionaries way back at turn of century and possibly earlier. They collected items that were later to be considered illegal to own. But, he inherited and collected before that. Anyway, he amassed a gigantic treasured collection and would give personal tours to neighbors, friends and some others. As he got older, he was making plans to turn different items to local city and state museums; he was getting very old by that time. One of the neighbors got pissed at him for an unknown reason and called the FBI on him. THEY came and turned his estate upside down and took a huge amount of his collection from him. He cooperated fully, but was heartbroken at this tearing up of his collection They spent months there. No idea where most of it disappeared to. The FBI said certain items were returned to the proper country authorities. ( After the past 13 years of FBI treasonous actions to political parties; I wouldn't trust them to tie my sneakers). I believe a good portion of his collection most likely went to the people that took it away. My personal opinion only. He died within 1-3 yrs of them pilfering/taking off his collection. Alot was from countries like Africa, etc. He died a broken in heart sad man. He gave so much of his time, knowledge and life to this base/project at a time when it was most needed. And then the people in charge treated him like that. I found it very sad. The state had a lot of museums that missed out on receiving artifacts and antiques that he had inherited and spent a lifetime of acquiring.
When so much work, care and love has gone into these self-build projects, I can well understand how you fall in love with them. This is the best I've seen for how you've utilised the space. And you've cracked the problem of lack of storage too. ..Love this build. :)
I never would have guessed this was a bus conversion. It looks like it was always an RV, inside and out. Your cabinets are really outstanding. You also have some creative ways of hiding things. Amazing job.
I wasn’t sure I wanted to view this. I was thinking it is going to be the same as all the other bus conversions. Where everything is unfinished wood and open closets and ugly bathrooms. This took me by surprise. It is very nice. It is very well built and it looks like a home, which is exactly what I look for when viewing these conversions. It looks very roomy and comfortable. The bedroom looks great and the bathroom to great. Good job.
Jonathan This Is One Of Best City Bus Conversions I Have Seen On You Tube And I Wont To Wish You The Best Of Luck My Friend Because You Did A Dam Good Job!!!!
What an absolutely amazing job you did on that bus. On the outside, you wouldn't expect to see a home on the inside. Bravo! to you for a incredible job well done.
You did an amazing job.....How could one guy be so talented with so many things? You are a master at cabinetry and metal work. Just amazing. Do the world a favor and clone yourself.....we need more guys like you.
Wow, you are to be commended! What a wonderful build! You have a very very nice home! You are evidently very talented in so many areas! Kudos to you! I'm very jealous! Enjoy! 👍🤗
Wow Jonathan, and thank you so much for sharing her with us. It certainly is a beautiful rig and isn't it wonderful that you can say I did this. It must bring you and your family a lot of pleasure. My husband and I are looking to retire in a few years and want to do it in an RV. It has definitely crossed our minds to go the DIY route and create something that would provide us with most of the creature comforts of a land bound home. A bus looks like it may be the best way to go.
I hear say you have a tractor engine that you installed yourself??? You are a true craftsman that's very seldom seen someone that could do an engine conversion and such fine cabinetry among many other features you have installed in your bus conversion!!!
This conversion is solid class! Most conversions actually look like a conversions due to amateurish building skills, but this thing could pass for prevost custom made coach. Absolutely amazed at all the attention to detail, luxury and function. BEST RV CONVERSION... EVER!
wow! This is amazing! Wonderful and gorgeous! This baby is right on par with many luxury rv's, but alot better IMO because it's very homey as well. It's my dream to have something like this, to literally just have a home forever! Never would have to worry about what to do for shelter for the rest of your life. Good for you man. Thank you so much for sharing. It really is wonderful inspiration as well as great information for those of us who are seeking to do something similar.
That looks like a lot of work. You are an amazing person to have the perseverance to build this. And then to have it turn out so nice! There is nothing second rate about what you have built. Wow!
it certainly doesn't look like a 'conversion' you have done a wonderful job and have good reason to be very proud of your mobile home. Thank you for sharing !!!
I like the low profile. Seems like the new Class A RV's are so tall they have trouble getting into campgrounds because they hit trees. Plus I see the drivers struggle a lot in cross winds out on the highway. Great job!
Hi Jon, this is a first class conversion. I'd imagine it wasn't cheap! Could you tell readers how much you spent doing it? Include your original bus purchase as well.
@@JewelryRvMe i recently bought a travel trailer and stumbled upon this video...nice work....1000 bucks for the shell but you was able to make it the way you wanted....good looking rig.
Beautiful job, sir. I've never seen anyone turn a metal dash into a lovely piece of furniture. Your cabinets & countertops look like something from a Prevost, not a city bus. I was sad to see what looked like rust above the right taillights. Such a cool paint job, too. What's the purpose of the matching trailer? Toys? Noisy kids? Your jewelry studio? Thanks for the tour.
He said it in the bus tour...cocktails for 6...dinner for 4 and sleeping arrangements for 2 . All others must sleep in the alternative sleeping arrangements....
15:00 mark. I knew this guy was awesome when he started talking about his fan. Every since I was a baby,....I have ALWAYS slept with a fan running. I does drown out other noises as he mentioned,.....but it ALSO gives you a since of comfort. Nothing like sleeping with a fan!!!

Very nice. The bus home you made looks better than most of the RVs that are in the million dollar range.
What a star! Down to earth, extremely resourceful and nothing phases him. Wish he lived closer to me!!!!!

Very awesome! You sold me on using a bus, only I actually love the rivets in a school bus, LOL. I can't believe you get 10 miles a gallon! Wow!
