When it's a dealership I don't mind. Remember this, not paying on a COD order when a transporter drops a vehicle is a crime called "theft of services" and you go to the jail on the spot no questions (if you know your rights like me). Imagine you jump out of a taxi cab and decide you are not going to pay them, they can call the cops and have you arrested the same way as someone who steals an electronic device at Best Buy. Same concept different scenario. 👊💪💰🇺🇸

Yes. If the broker told me it was an inop from the beginning than the original price was agreed and everyone is on the same page. If the customer or broker lied about it being operable but it's not than it's extra 💰💰
So you see a car parked, you drive towards the car in a straight line and you hit the car purposely because the car was not supposed to be there. What's your excuse? Legally blind? Wasn't paying attention? You ever seen truck parking in NYC for the thousands of businesses that get delivery there everyday? You ever wonder how a car dealer like Volvo and Audi and Volkswagen in downtown NYC gets their cars picked up and delivered to them? Being parked "wrong" with the triangles out doesn't give someone a free shot to hit a truck and claim innocence.
@@hotshotnewengland law states you can not park in on coming traffic if hit yes it would still be your fault parked left of center you do what you want and live on the edge I would of at least pulled it in front of my vehicle instead on impending traffic the world does not revolve around you.
@@jonathanhudson9189 I was not impeding traffic, for that statement to be true cars would have to not be able to get by which isn't true (several cop cars drove by while I was parked there that day). I'll make this simple for you. This is exactly what it takes to get the job done, I could sugar coat it for the fluff cakes to be happy or I could show the reality for which I did and I will continue to do. If my job was easy every idiot would hop on but it ain't. There's a reason why I'm successful at what I do and why I charge accordingly.

Again I ain't here to show Hollywood trucking I'm here to show the real trucking and most won't.
