Sorry for late response I didn't notice the comment 1.6 tdi has different timing belt and pulleys and usually I replace them on 150000km and you can find in my videos skoda fabia 1.6 tdi
Any bolt which has torque+angle specified, should be changed, since it's torque to yield bolt (bolt is stretched after first used, so if you reuse it, it can stretch past the ultimate tensile strength and brake). So it's stud for the tensioner, camshaft sprocket bolts and all bolts for the engine mount (I've read about lot of cases when they broke and engine dropped on the road). Also you didn't mention how to properly install engine mount. There have to be gap of 13.5mm between mount and car and mount have to be perfectly straight.
You have to also lock crankshaft pulley! Crankshaft lock tool cost just few buck, no point in not using it. You can be few degrees off without knowing it and you have to repeat whole process.
You can check the ignition timing with diagnostic equipment after you start the engine and you can adjust camshaft sprocket without removing anything and using locking tools
Great video, will use as instruction on my vw polo
How did you remove the window washer pipe? Does it twist off or pull off?
Pull off but try slowly sometimes it just won't come out then leave it just move it left or right
Hi,
Did you have to bleed the air from the fuel pipes after you reconnect them? Or did you just start the engine?
Just start the engine the fuel filter is full
Before start Few times switch ignition elektric pump push air out off the system

really good instruction film , if I give you a call when mine needs doing could you get on the bus and come to England ?
No problem I have done some thing in Sweden
Did you lock the crank shaft? Or just the cam shaft.
Just the camshaft
Do you know the torque settings for the water pump, tensioner and the other pulleys etc?.
Sorry I use only my hands for tightening
But if needed I can find tomorrow
Yes that would be great if you could find that out for me brother.
@@tiresombeast677 Hi torque settings are coolant pump 15nm,crankshaft pulley 10nm+15*,camshaft gear wheel bolts 25nm,tensioner pulley 20nm+45*,ancillary drive belt tensioner 25nm

OK no problem

Bonne vidéos beau travail
I see it has the stupid warning light on, for the lights. Also shame you didn't show the timing marks in more detail. But good video.
